Overview
Customer registers for a loyalty programme at a store and receives an individual Data Matrix code turning the mobile phone into a loyalty card. Our hardware scanner is used by the customer in order to collect loyalty points while making purchases or consuming services. The customer simply shows the mobile phone to the scanner, the code is identified and validated in the central database. Any points earned are automatically added to the customers loyalty account. The customer can also convert the points into vouchers and discount coupons redeemable in the same store using the same scanner.
